We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events. In many cases, travel insurance may provide full or partial reimbursement beyond our policy. All initial trip deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific travel package agreement. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable vendor costs. Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of documented emergencies or if trip insurance was purchased. Airefare, hotels, cruises, and third-party activities are subject to the refund policies of the respective suppliers. We will assist in securing applicable refunds where possible.
